42nd Festival of India Parade 2014

Three 40-foot high chariots roll down Yonge Street pulled by participants chanting “Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare”. It starts at 11am at Yonge and Asquith, north of Yonge & the Yonge/Bloor station. The parade goes down Yonge street and ends at Queens Quay and Freeland St. Festivities continue to Centre Island for programs of Indian culture, food, music, dance, bazaar, yoga, etc.
