450. April 5 Nevruz Spring Festival

Ruth writes: This is one of my favourite events because it gives us a different perspective on a distant part of the world.  Representative will be from 17 different Turkic-speaking countries including Kyrgystan, Tajikistan, Ajerbaijan, Tatarstan, and Turkey. Can you identify any of the flags besides Canada’s?
