33. The Home Church

As we celebrate Christmas, my thoughts are with the Chaldean Catholic church in Bagdad, which has a branch in Toronto. The New York Times yesterday quoted Bagdad’s pastor Rev. Meyassr Al-Qaspotros: “Be careful not to hate the ones killing us because they know not what they are doing. God forgive them.”
