311 Toronto has informed us that:
the South African Consulate in Toronto has placed a book of condolence in honor of His Excellency Mr. Nelson Mandela in the Rotunda of Toronto City Hall.
The book will be available to the public until the end of day, Sunday, December 15, 2013
City Hall is open:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
