Ruth writes: We’ve had so many queries about the British Isles Show that we feel we have to do a separate blog about it. And yes, as soon as we have a poster, we’ll post it here or as a separate blog.
We received the following today from Steve Barker, National Accounts Manager of the Zoomer Show:
Hi Ruth,
Brian forwarded me your email and I would like to help you out with a few questions. I believe we are working on a press release, so once I have it, I will be sure to email it to you as well.
For the first time, the British Isles show will co-locate with the ZoomerShow (8th annual) and will take place on the weekend of October 31st and November 1st, 2015. The show(s) will be located in Hall A of the Direct Energy Centre.
The show times are between 10:00 am until 5:00 pm on the 31st and from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm on the 1st of November. The website is just www.zoomershow.ca and as of today, we do not have the highlights or completed the schedule of events. I am happy to update you once we have completed posting everything. We have many bands and live entertainment as well as various side stages and speakers, but again I don’t have details quite yet.
As for Coronation St, I know Brian was trying to work on something, but I don’t have any details. With our own property Vision TV, we also promote Downton Abbey and I can ask around if there will be any sort of connection with that show.
The show manager Kelly Antonaros will be back one week from today and I will give her your details in order to keep updated.
