690. A Viking Ship and Spanish Galleon Visit Toronto – July 1-3, 2016

Reproductions of a Spanish Galleon and a Viking ship are among the attractions at this weekend’s Waterfront Festival. You can see them from the outside for free but adults pay $15 for ship-board tours.  Find out how and why they dominated the oceans hundreds of years ago.  The Viking ship sailed from Norway earlier this year in as historically authentic a way as possible.
