641. England’s Morris Dancers – May 1, 2016

They appear every year starting shortly after dawn in High Park near the restaurant on May Day. Unfortunately, it’s hard to get there by public transit at that hour, but they are usually still going strong about 8am.  You might miss some great dances but you won’t miss their liveliness. They don’t usually advertise and they do it out of the joy of dancing, of being together and of tradition, of fun. It’s a great way to start the month. Rain or shine.
